BOCA certainly has a small list - although it doesn't have all the recent
"vagrants" in it

world.  A very good starting place is Printable Bird Checklists - they have
most national lists as Excel spreadsheets in alphabetical or taxonomic
order.

I think Birds Australa has a tiny pocket checklist available.
