bird indentifiaction

Who would I contact to help identify a small, slender bird that I see 
regularly. It is only 10-cm long, black all over with a bright red chest and 
beautiful singing voice. It's beak is long - suggesting a honey eater of types 
perhaps.
Can you help please?
