I saw two Glossy Black Cockatoos in Terrey Hills while living there in 2004.
Although I was busy untacking a horse, I did manage to very briefly dash to
the car for my bins and make sure. Although I'm far from a expert birder I
was VERY familiar with YTBCs as I usually had a dozen or more visit my home
in Duffys Forest a couple of times a week so it wasn't mistaken identity.
French's Forest isn't that far away.
