It might sound like a Monty Python skit, but the case of the rare parrot
that halted a multi-million dollar windfarm project is no laughing matter.
Did the massive turbines really pose a threat to the endangered
orange-bellied parrot? And has the decision set a precedent that could
derail other developments around the country? 7.30's Mary Gearin
investigates.
