Hi
Robert D and I birded at Mt Glorious, Minnippi, Slaughter Falls, Manly
Wader roost and Oxley Common this weekend. I have updated my blog with
more detail, but in summary.....
Good birds at Mt Glorious, including Red-browed Treecreeper and
Rose-crowned Fruit dove, but no Superb, as previously reported.
A single White-throated Nightjar at Slaughter Falls, no other nightjars
seen.
A few waders in breeding plumage at Manly, Red-necked Avocets new for
the spot for me.
White-winged Triller, Yellow-billed Spoonbill, Yellow-rumped Thornbill,
Shining Bronze Cuckoo and White-necked Heron all new birds for Oxley for
us.
see http://birdsandthings.blog.com/ for more

Cheers
Colin
