Hi all

We don't run advertising on Birding-Aus, but in this case I'm prepared to make 
an exception.  I think it's appropriate to let the birding community know about 
this property being up for sale, and I hope that it might be purchased by 
someone who cares about the environment - perhaps even a birder!

Digger¹s Rest at Pine Creek is up for sale.  Pat, a friend, has been running
it since the death of her husband late last year, and cannot manage any
more.

As you probably know Pine Creek is a great area for Hooded Parrot and
Gouldian Finch. And Digger¹s Rest is the cleanest, most comfortable
accommodation I¹ve found in the area - I¹ve been taking my birdwatchers to
this motel for 23 years.
