Whether it matters or not if it is "one teal two teal" or "one teal two teals", I don't know. I say the important thing is NOT to include an apostrophe before the s, if the s is included to indicate a plural. Many people write things like Corella's and Emu's and similar to this line when they actually mean Corellas and Emus. This is so annoying (and wrong).
