Hi all
I went out to Birds Australia Gluepot Reserve today with some Canadian
visitors, and it was one of those rare days where everything just falls into
place - the weather was perfect, and all species were there right on cue.
Here's a list of the highlights (in no particular order):
Collared Sparrow-hawk
Owlet Nightjar
Black-eared Cuckoo
Horsfield's Bronze-cuckoo
Southern Scrub-robin
Red-lored Whistler
Gilbert's Whistler
Chestnut Quail-thrush
Striated Grasswren
White-browed, Chestnut-crowned Babbler
Shy Heathwren
White-browed Treecreeper
Red-capped Robin
Hooded Robin
White-winged Triller
Striped Honeyeater
Pied Honeyeater
Black-eared Miner - about 8 - 1 nest with young chicks, parents feeding
frequently
Crimson Chat
White-browed, Masked, Dusky Woodswallow

Cheers
