Hi!
If there is anyone on this net with experience of MrBayes 3.1, I would be grateful if they could contact me (0408 585 428)
to give me advice on running a Bayesian analysis of DNA using the the GTR + I + G model.
I have set lset to nst=6 and invgamma.
I plan to leave all Dirichlet values at their default values.
Are there any other parameters I need to change from their default values?
Thanks,
John
