Steven Ambrose pointed me to a current news story yesterday about h5N1
being detected in a sparrow in Thailand and I realized the above list is
misleading as its very incomplete. H5N1 also been reported in wild birds
in these groups: grebes, herons&egrets, eagles, storks, pigeons&doves,
drongos, crows&magpies and sparrows&munia. And I'm not saying this list
is complete either.

Its also been reported in captive flamingos and galliformes (quail, partridges, chickens, ...)
