Bower birds

g'day all,
 
Earlier this year, a Great Bowerbird was observed maintaining its bower on the footpath of one our suburban streets.
This was unusual as this is a bit out of territory (50km) for Greats.
 
Next time we checked out the bower, it had been taken over by Spotted Bb which are everywhere around our suburbs.
