There was some success with Regents on the national Regent Honeyeater/Swift Parrot Search days just held.  I'll leave it to Debbie Saunders to summarise the Swift Parrot success.

At this stage (more records may come in) the following Regent Honeyeaters were located:
-  6 birds west of Armidale
-  ~ 150 birds in the Capertee Valley
-  1 bird 40km NE Orange
-  6 birds in the Burragorang Valley (the Warragamba catchment)
-  1 bird at Waldrons Swamp north of Moruya

Hence birds were found at 4 locations that we were not previously aware of!

Cheers

David
