I was lucky to get mine 12/01/2004 from Amazon for US$49.50 plus $11.98 postage .. which MAY have been airmail

 

As time is of the essence you might have to use a substitute such as

- Pocket Guide to Birds of Borneo (reprinted 1998)

               or 

- A Photographic Guide to Birds of Borneo, 2001, by Davison et al

 

Best to use the search words of .. Birds Borneo .. to locate other alternatives
