Hi all,

I saw a single adult Pink-eared Duck on the Duck Pond in Centennial Park, eastern suburbs, Sydney on Sat 18th June.  Best views I've ever had of this species in the strong late afternoon light, well enough to see the pink 'ear' very clearly.

Also nearby a Grey Fantail and an immature Golden Whistler (only 20m apart from each other).  The first species I've only seen here once before, and the second is a tick for me for the park, although I've seen one nearby at this time of year.  Cheers.
