Thanks to all those people who passed on the great advice re: birding spots in and around Darwin. I managed to pick up 6 ticks (I was very limited for time) with a varied triller being a cause for some medium levels of excitement. I plan to be back there in July and will definitely have more time to check out East Pt, Buffalo Springs etc.

 

I don’t like my chances though of a hooded monarch still being around at Howard Springs…………
