I'm trying to help a friend who is new to computers and off-line, at
the moment. He first a Beautiful Firetail calling on his bush block
for the first time yesterday, and would like to confirm what he heard.
He's excellent on birding by ear, and made a point to spend time
memorizing the call of the Beautiful Firetail while in Tasmania. All
the same, a recording would be a help.

I've searched on the Web, and can't find a downloadable recording.
(There does seem to be a commercial recording available on CD of
Tasmanian bird songs.) Does anyone have a private recording they would
be willing to share or know of a location where one can be downloaded?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,
