Michael, do you have to install the necessary
plugins on your new computer? I just tried to access the site using a fairly new
installation of the Firefox browser, and had to download and install the Java
Runtime Environment Update 1. After rebooting I went to the site and was
straight in. The download is about 6 meg I think and takes a few minutes on
ADSL, a lot more on dialup. When I was on dialup I found the viewer took quite a
while to load, that's when you see the coffee cup that Bill mentioned, as he
