Hi Alan

You got me thinking about that quote and during a quite break in study, I went looking for it on the web at 3amish.  I found it on a site called http://www.dailycelebrations.com/living.htm and the guys name is George Carlin, and he’s a stand up comedian/satirist, kind of fella.  Another one of his caught my eye to..."Don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things." ~ George Carlin

And I found this one quite a while ago and since this is a bird site thought would touch a few people and is oh so true!  It came from http://www.quotationspage.com/subjects/birds/

God loved the birds and invented trees. Man loved the birds and invented cages.  Jacques Deval,

I think it’s great that you work in a place where you regularly get to see tree kangaroos, will have to come and do a tour next time I’m up that way.  I did an assignment on tree roos last year and read a really sad paper, that showed their site fidelity is so strong that they will continue to live in the log fall produced after land clearing, and stayed as long as they could, before disappearing.

Kaz

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. (somebody called George Carlin)
