Dear sir or Madam,
The National Museum of Natural History in Paris is going to present next
april an exhibition about animal courtship display and the clever
imitations. We are looking quite urgently for some good numeric pictures of
Victoria's riflebird (PTILORUS VICTORIAE) and Lyrebird (MENURA
NOVAEHOLLANDIAE) performing its mating ritual. It would be wonderful to get
these pictures free of rights, if possible, as it is a scientific and
educative exhibition. Could you please help us with sending these pictures
or similar ones in JPG files (if possible 600 dpi at least). These pictures
would be used in our press kit, and /or our web site, and/or a special
publication linked with the exhibition and maybe for a poster. If you
agree, could you write the mentions we'll have to add with the pictures
(copyrights etc.). If you have not these pictures, have you some idea where
I can get them as quickly as possible?
Thank you in advance for your help,
sincerely yours,
Ghislaine Prévos
