RFI: Field Guide for Borneo

I'm contemplating a trip to Borneo, and am trying to sort out if there
is a decent field guide in print. "A Field Guide to the Birds of
Borneo, Sumatra, Java, and Bali" (1993) has gone out of print. I have
been unable to locate any contact information for the author (John
Ramsay MacKinnon) or illustrator (Karen Phillipps) to ask about a new
printing or new edition. I'm sure I can track down a used copy
somewhere, or even some remaining stock, but would be happy to hear
about any better resources now available or shortly to appear.
