HI All,
I was thrilled to see my first COBURG Crested Pigeon about a week ago
appropriately in Moore St near the east end. I've seen them in Royal Park,
THornbury and Moonee Ponds in previous years.
THEN on Saturday while doing How to Votes at Coburg Nth PS, O'Heas St
there was one that flew by, then was pottering around on the asphalt
Netball court!!
Yeah Crested Pigeons!! keep up the good work!!
It would be fantastic to see them displace the Turtle Doves (which I get
to live with dozens of (coz unfortunately my neighbour feeds them) - I get
more dove poo than leaves in most of my gutters!!)
