I'll second what Robyn has said in her message.
Jill Denning, who may be away at present or she's unusually quiet (!),
did a tremendous job of getting the best out of the developers.
I feel that the hides could be more birdo friendly - but they are better than
nothing and do bring a lot of non-birders to the site, and the posters do
help with id. As the vegetation grows up it should get better still.
Depending on the tides and local disturbance, the site is used by large
numbers of waders at times. Together with Buckley's waterhole, it is
a place that we always visit on trips to Bribie.
