G'day all

I popped out to Lake Linlithgow today and checked out all the nearby lakes and swamps.

Lake Linlithgow had small numbers of Double-banded Plovers on the northern shore line with some Red-necked Stints and Red-capped Plovers.

Lake Bullrush had an estimated 600-800 Black Swans and I counted 64 nest mounds. A pair of Brolgas were also nesting here.

Krause Swamp had small numbers of Pink-eared Ducks and Hardheads and a pair of Brolgas - not nesting as far as I could see.

Cheers
