I wish that all of these birds calling would bring rain, we would have
floods here in South Australia's Riverland where our average annual rainfall
is 250mm, two years ago we had 95mm and this year's total so far, is, 85mm,
Kookaburras call daily not far from my house and magpies and magpielarks
call together daily, during spring every year we have pallid cuckoos calling
and no rain, so in my opionion "urban myth".
