Hi birders,
The Thick-billed Grasswrens are the obvious birding highlight of the area.
They are easily found in the carpark at Monkey Mia & on the adjacent Heritage Trail.
Also spotted a couple on the road from Denham to Monkey Mia & even saw a pair at the tip of the peninsula at Cape Peron probably some 30-40km for Monkey Mia.
From the cliffs at the Cape saw a Dugong, several Sharks & Dolphins.
As usual visited all FO'C's recommended sites & found the birds suggested, particularly the two windmills for Hooded Robin, Chiming Wedgebill, Splendid Wren, Jacky Winter & the buff-flanked race of Southern Whiteface.
  To be continued
Cheers
