I has excellent views (< 3 metres) of Mangrove Golden Whistler plus
Dusky Gerygone, White-breasted Whistler, Yellow White-eye, Broad-billed
Flycatcher and Mangrove Grey Fantail in mangroves near the shopping
centre in Broome itself. I followed a track maybe 200m into the mangroves
and saw no birds until the mangroves thinned and reduced in height near
the creek. Very muddy - my Tevas were OK - Dunlop Volleys would
have been better and you might have to avoid high tide.
