Anyone interested in a good place to see Scaly-breasted Lorikeets in
Melbourne should visit Shelley Reserve, a small reserve in Heidelberg.
Small groups of birds have been visiting the gums on the northern edge
of the park for the last few months.

It?s also been suggested that the main breeding site for Scaly-breasted
Lorikeet (in Northern Melbourne) is the nearby 'Simpson Army Barracks'
in Watsonia.

Cheers,

Tim
