Blue billed Ducks

Evening all
                  For the last 22 months i have been watching a flock of
Blue billed Ducks in a holding dam next to the Treatment Plant at
Stawell [Western Victoria]
There have been 11 visits over this period
[8/6/02,2/11/02,26/12/02,13/03/03,25/4/03,7/6/03,2/8/03,31/10/03,26/12/03,

14/2/04,9/04/04] there have been between 30-50 birds for all but the
last trip with 10 birds in a very nearly dry dam.
I would like any information on these birds as they do not seem to have
bred over this time.Either personal or printed would be much appreciated
