The maps you are after include the Beresfield (9232-3N),  Wallsend (9232-3S) and Newcastle (9232-2S) 1:25 000 topographic and orthophoto  maps produced by the Land and Property Information.

 

If you go to their website http://www.lpi.nsw.gov.au/ you can also view aerial photographs online.
