Hi all,  Carol, your comments on the call of the Cicada Bird, the call Pizzey refers to is the contact call I believe it is featured on the BOCA  tape series and  playing it usually makes the bird fly in. The clicking sound you refer to which I describe as more of a "tut, tut, tut" from my experience is made by the male whilst bowing from a perch.  I witnessed this on a number of occasions when I lived at Sackville where a pair nested each year.
