Hi all,

It is all good doing all these things to save a species, but when birds are nesting on a beach where people go, obviously a bird will be a low priority.

That is why I think more should be done to Inform the public, and when I say public I don't just mean Birdos and Naturalists I mean fishermen, dog walking clubs and even advertisements on TV.

This issue is very important and I know that when the public hears that they have been stepping on baby birds and chicks they should be much more careful.

Does anyone know if there is any fines involved for damaging these birds?
