Grev An excellent piece on this major issue! Thank you for the clarity & suggestions. The second suggestion, i.e. conducting "induction" courses and then authorising participants to enter the premises is what Lower Murray Water are doing - but still with some trepidation and fear of abuse of the system. If this was combined with the other suggestion, i.e. you then get issued with a permit for a modest fee, and with conditions of use printed on it, then we could have a workable solution. An example of what Lower Murray Water fears is the recent discovery of a quite elderly lady wandering on her own through the bush surrounds of the sewerage farm lagoon, ably assisted by the walking frame that she needed to stay upright!!!
