<begin outraged_outburst> This is #$$%^&* madness!. Someone should do us all a favour, take all the lawyers to the nearest Treatment Plant and drown them. <end outraged_outburst>

 

I thought I'd feel better after that, but I don't!

 

Why can't the State government just pass a law saying that if a standardised disclaimer sign is erected every n metres then you enter at your own risk and the council is absolved of all liability?

 

I guess that's just too logical.

Hi all,  PLEASE TAKE NOTE that McGraths Hill sewage ponds are off limits to all unauthorized people, that means every one including birdo's. We had a meeting with Council today and unless we can find a way around the Councils

work cover and occupational and health cover liabilities we are stuffed.

I would appreciate any help on this issue as I'm told it is happening at many of the Treatment Plants in Aus, is there any way around it.

 

There were 30+ White-throated Needletail around Catti yesterday.
