Hi all

On the way back from Victoria I stopped in at Fivebough Swamp, Leeton in southern NSW. Quite a nice wetland and a good walking track through it complete with bird hide at the sewerage ponds and a number of observation mounds that allow you to see over the reeds.
Plenty of water and mudflats in the wetland and loads of good birds. 100+ Glossy Ibis, 7 Blue-billed Duck, 3 Freckled Duck, 500+ Pink-eared Duck, 3 Australasian Bittern, 1 Spotless Crake, 30 Red-kneed Dotterel, 100+ Whiskered Tern, 20 Intermediate Egret and many more.

cheers
