White Wagtail certainly isn't beyond the realms of possibility. I remember the flurry of Birding-Aus reports about the bird seen at the Portland (Victoria) meat works in 2000, and a quick search of the Birding-Aus archives turned up a possible sighting on May 1 this year at Hamilton (Victoria.) -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Paul Taylor Veni, vidi, tici - I came, I saw, I ticked.
