Turquoise Parrots are increasing in north-east Victoria, and are reasonably
common around Chiltern and the Warby Ranges. Violet Town would not be too
much of a stretch. OBP by contrast would be a virtual impossibility being
both out of range and, more critically, out of even remotely correct

As far as I'm aware all of the Neophemas, definitely including Turquoise
Parrots, can feature varying amounts of orange on the belly.
