Hi all,

A friend and i decided to go sight seeing  in Springbrook which is in the Gold Coast Hinterland in Queensland. While it was mainly a non-birding trip i did manage to spot birds from the car or on our few walks. I am planning on going back but this time for a day of birdwatching at Perlingbrook Falls. Tommorow i hope to go to Hinze Dam also here on the Gold Coast in search of more lifers. The following is a list of the species i saw today.
