Hi Birding-aussers, firstly there was no trip report for June 21st as, like the other venues bad weather stopped play! However there are still a few spaces for the July 19th trip. July for Southport is normally the peak winter month, take last year for instance; Great-winged Petrel, Providence Petrel, Kermadec Petrel - 3, Herald Petrel - 1, Broad- billed Prion - 4, Antarctic Prion - 13, Black-bellied Storm Petrel - 1 + numerous other species.
