No sign of the Powerful Owl at Williamstown today (Sat), or yesterday
(Fri). It may have moved on. However, should anyone see it anywhere around Williamstown, I would be grateful for a short note as to its whereabouts - or preferably such a note on Birding-Aus for all to read.
