Are we sure they weren't aviary escapees? If not, any ideas where they came
from?

Cheers, Mike Mules.

Hi all,
some of you may remember my posting some time ago of my son in law's
sighting of Red-tailed Black Cockatoos on the Merri Creek in Melbourne. My
daughter just phoned to say they caught the environment program Midweek
Crisis on radio RRR, when two landscape gardening / urban renewal workers
who operate along the Merri Creek, Dight's Falls, Deep Rock area, while
being interviewed, gave some interesting bird sightings. The best was - and
they recognised the significance, Red-tailed Black Cockatoos. Duncan
Fraser.
