Hi All,

A good day of birding for me at the local park where I am compiling the list of what bird species inhabit the park. I am currently up to 59 species so far which is great. Most of the water birds listed below such as Wandering Whistling-Ducks and Magpie Geese were seen at the local billabong, which is across from the park here on the Gold Coast. A good day with 34 species sighted in three hours (all listed below) and a good number of views of sun baking Mistletoebirds.
