Perhaps we are then meant to dump our rubbish straight into the wheelie bins and use minimum of water to rinse and disinfect them weekly until that too is banned in water restrictions! If you keep the canvas or mesh bags (with a bag of smaller ones too)in the front seat of the car, especially with your wallet in it, you are less likely to forget to use it.
