G'day all,
The current OP trail makes me appreciate my good fortune recording these lovely birds several times at Mount Isa last year and again in the Townsville area (with TownBOCA) on New Years Day.

At Mount Isa I took several photos with a 35mm camera using a Televid 77 scope as a lens.
I have scanned 3 of the snaps and can email them to anyone who wants an ID photo.

The plumages are somewhat different to that illustrated in the Field Guides

Regards
Bob Forsyth, Mount Isa, NW Qld.
