Hello All,
A surprise sighting for me today was an Eastern Ringneck which as far as I know is not usually found in the Sydney area. I saw this bird near the Georges River at Ingleburn and it was accompanied by what I think was an Crimson/Eastern Rosella hybrid, this bird looked like the Crimson Rosella but had white cheek patches instead of blue and had a small area of yellow on the lower belly. These birds may have been aviary escapees.
