I'm going to Malaysia in a month or so, and I want to do spotlighting when
I'm there, as I did in 1998.
However in the the new climate of post Sept 11 security I'm not going to try
to take my usual spotlight and rechargeable battery.
So I have two questions:
1. As anyone had experience of taking a flashlight with an ordinary 9V
battery on international flights recently (of course I will contact the
airline, but often the story you get from them is different from the story
you get at the airport).
2. Has anybody had any success with a spotlight running on a 9V battery for
wildlife spotlighting? (if so, brand-name, model no. &c please). And how
long do you get from one 9V battery?
