Though not the hope for Fork-tailed Swifts, I was still never the less delighted to see atleast 10 White-throated Needletails (some closer to the tree canopy level) flying with both Swallows and Martins over the Bulli Lookout (approx. 80 km south of Sydney CBD) around noon yesterday. I never get sick of seeing these amazing birds. Behind the Swifts, It was a nice sight to see the clouds rising above the lush sub-tropical rainforest of the Illawarra escarpment's eastern slopes.
