As a WIRES rescuer in the Blue Mountains I have looked after several Little
Button-quail over the years.  They have usually flown into a window or been
attacked by a cat.  Only once (in 1993) has a Red-chested Button-quail come
into care.  This one collided with a shop window in Katoomba.  It was
concussed but made a speedy recovery and was released.

I suspect there may have been more but sometimes new members misidentify
