Dear Ausbirders The Canada Goose is still at Shoalhaven Heads. Remarkably both it and the swans are totally oblivious to the people tearing around dangling from brightly coloured parachutes with little boards on their feet. It is a pity that does not seem to be true for the waders. The whole area was overun on Sunday with people and dogs, including the sandbanks, giving the shorebirds little opportuniy to rest or feed. It seems that the world is well populated with maniacs of various kinds! Dr P.J.
