Where are the main breeding areas for Whiskered Terns in Aust.?

To my knowledege, I have not heard of any records of Whiskered Terns actually nesting in Sydney but are a bird of passage here and most move south later in Spring/early Summer. Out of interest, what I would like to find from someone out there is where do most breed in summer in NSW,VIC,SA, WA?
