Hello all,

A single Freckled Duck is at the large lagoon
in the Bundaberg Botanical Gardens.
Seen with 2 Hardhead and mingling with a
family of Maned Geese near the centre of the lagoon.

No red on the bill base so I think is a female.
I've not seen one for 15 years .This is the first I've
seen hereabouts and is probably indicative of the
 drought conditions just about everywhere.

Cheers,

Bill
